Ashe County Pimento | The Justice

This family heirloom from the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina is a delicious treat! The pepper's sweet mildness flavor symbolizes a balanced and fair approach to situations, avoiding unnecessary heat in decision-making. Much like the measured and considered approach of the Justice, this pepper represents making choices without unnecessary emotional intensity. Great for snacking, roasting or pickling.

Instructions: Start pepper seeds 6-8 weeks before you plan to plant them outside. Pepper seeds need temperatures around 70-80ºF to germinate. Peppers germinate best in warm soil so gentle bottom heat may be helpful until seedlings emerge. Wait to transplant outdoors until soil is warm.

Detailed planting instructions on each seed packet.
