SHIPPING POLICY

We ship with care, with intention, and occasionally in a box that used to hold paper towels. Here's everything you need to know.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on package size, weight, and destination. We always choose the most efficient and cost-effective option for your order.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order. No surprises — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

We do not currently offer free shipping, but we're always looking at ways to make that happen in the future. Stay tuned.

PROCESSING + PRODUCTION TIMES

Ready-to-ship items (stickers, boxed sets, fragrance products, and anything not made to order) ship within 1-3 business days of your order being placed.

Made-to-order items (dried floral bouquets, wreaths, seed cards, custom arrangements, and seasonal collections) require 3-5 business days of production time before they ship or are ready for pickup. Please allow up to 7-10 business days from order date to delivery for these items.

Not sure if your item is made to order? When in doubt, assume it is — and know that it's worth the wait.

If you need something by a specific date, mention it in your order notes at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Need it sooner? Same-day and next-day rush production is available for an additional $25 rush fee, based on availability. Add the Rush Order Fee to your cart or reach out before ordering to confirm availability. Rush orders are not guaranteed — if we're unable to accommodate your timeline, your $25 rush fee will be refunded in full.

We offer local delivery for orders within the Austin, TX area.

Beyond 15 miles: Standard shipping applies

Local delivery is available on most products. Custom and Studio orders for local clients are delivered personally — we'll coordinate timing with you directly.

To request local delivery, select it at checkout or note your preference in the order notes and we'll follow up to confirm.

A NOTE ON OUR PACKAGING

We are committed to sustainable shipping practices. We reuse and recycle packaging materials whenever possible — including boxes. This means your order might arrive in a recycled box that has lived a previous life as an Amazon delivery, a Chewy haul, or someone's mystery subscription box. Don't be alarmed. Inside, your order is carefully wrapped, protected, and very much from The Gardener's Wife. We just believe the best box is the one that already exists.

We use recycled tissue paper, kraft paper, and other eco-friendly materials to keep things protected and pretty on the inside. The outside just has a little character.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details on how we handle these situations. The short version: take photos, reach out within 7 days, and we'll take care of you.
